Job Opportunity – Project Manager (Site Investigation)
We seek a suitably qualified and experienced Project Manager to take over day to day project administration, to reduce the Director’s workload and to develop future opportunities.

A competitive salary and profit share package will be offered. The role is full time, hybrid with site visits and in person office meetings, and flexible working can be discussed.
The ideal candidate will have all the technical and personal abilities listed below. Professional support will be provided to fill any gaps in their technical abilities.
Technical Abilities and Experience
- An in depth knowledge of site investigation techniques, preferably gained with an SI contractor or consultant
- A deep understanding of engineering geology and soils testing with relevant professional experience
- Excellent written English
- A good understanding of soil logging, foundation design, and slope stability analysis, with relevant professional experience
- Familiarity with contaminated land investigation and reporting
Personal Qualities and Experience
- Organisational ability, demonstrated by previous experience
- Excellent time management skills
- The successful candidate will demonstrate that they are creative in developing solutions, methodical in carrying them out, and empathic and calm
Qualifications
- BSc Civil Engineering or Engineering Geology. Other qualifications will be considered with suitable experience
- A UK work visa and driving licence
- Familiarity with geotechnical design and reporting software
- A second European language would be advantageous
